Survey closing date is 45 days from despatch of samples and results must be received at the Regional Coordinating Centre (RCC) by the closing date. Any changes to the closing date will be communicated to participants via email.
Immediate Feedback Reports (IFRs) will be sent to individual health facilities, immediate supervisors and Country Coordinating Centres (CCCs) within 30 working days of survey closing dates. To access your facility IFR, log into www.eareqas.org
Composite Reports (CRs) will be sent to CCCs, national laboratory authorities and sponsors within 45 working days of survey closing dates.
Certificates of Performance will be sent out in 2024 to all facilities that participated in both surveys in 2023.
