Survey information

Each survey will have:
4 clinical scenarios
10 laboratory questions
7 laboratory samples
4 clinical questions
2 public health questions
Total number of questions =16
Survey closing date is 45 days from dispatch of samples, i.e. results must be received at the RCC by the closing date.
An acknowledgement email is sent immediately the results are submitted online.
The health facility contact person and laboratory in charge will be contacted by email before materials despatch, on the despatch date.
Email reminders and SMSs are sent to laboratory contact persons before the date of survey closure.
Immediate Feedback Reports (IFRs) will be sent to individual health facilities within 15 days of the survey closing date. IFRs are also uploaded on the informatics system.
Composite reports will be sent to national authorities within 2 months of the survey closing date. Composite report for participants are also available and are sent to participant via email and uploaded on the informatics system.
Educational materials addressing areas of weak performance are made available online.
Certificates of Performance are sent via email to facilities which respond to both surveys in a year. These certificates are also uploaded online for future reference by facilities.
